However , you could stretch a point and send youth scouts to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and just claim that they were all born within the 30 miles of Celtic Park, given that’s there’s a significant Irish population in just about every town in Scotland. You could use Wikipedia to search ‘footballers from Glasgow’ and any youth players you get with a surname that appears on the list can be signed if you wish, but you can’t sign any youth players whose surname doesn’t appear on the list, no matter how good they are.
